CLIENTs STORIES

Our clients and future prospective clients are our priority as a company. Aside from ensuring the production of a durable quality slab solution, we go the extra mile in ensuring clients’ satisfaction in all aspects.

Ecoconcrete has a team of professionals you can trust in your build, from the point of inquiry to delivery, and supervision of the installation process. The sale does not end at the point of delivery.

This has enabled us to maintain a positive relationship with our clients and in turn, creating repeat business and referrals. Below are testimonials from some of our clients, about their experience with the beam and block slab and how it helped make construction a much easier task than it normally is.

1.SYOKIMAU KATANI RESIDENTIAL HOUSE

Homeowner – Mr. John Mwicigi.

It is my 1st time using beam and block, from the time I paid, to delivery, it took about 5 days because I was paying in installments. I would say the system has worked well for me, and I can recommend it to someone else. The beams and the blocks are of good quality, they are quite firm, and I believe my house will be more stable.

Hii beam and block ni story ya wiki moja, na kitu ingine usisahau, the moment ushapanga beam and block unaendelea na kazi. Ni haraka na pia economical.

If you can save half of the cost, Mbona uende kwingine.

2. KAREN HILLS

QS – Fidelis Maiba

We are using beam and block in this project and despite the sudden changes in prices of steel and cement the price did not change from the time of quotation. The time we estimated the cost for the conventional way the prices have changed.

I prefer Ecocncrete, they send their technicians to work with us and teach our casual workers on this new technology.

3. GITHUNGURI MULTI-STOREY BUILDING

Civil engineer – Simon Maina

I chose this precast slab because of time, and cost. We are saving a lot, especially on labour, and as we all know the rebars have gone up.

I would recommend the use of prestressed beams and blocks in other projects. Other developers have come here, seen, and liked this technology because it makes a huge difference, what would take 30 days can be installed in less than a week.

4. WILLSTONE HOMES

Property agent – Jimmy Gachau

The Eco beam and blocks have so many advantages compared to the traditional way, they are visually appealing and take a day to install 100 square metres.

For anyone who wants to build, I emphasize using this system. It’s fast to build and you’ll save on cash.

5. KITENGELA FOUNDATION SLAB.

Private developer.

This system helped me cut the cost of my ground floor slab installation by 50%. On black cotton soil, I did not excavate or backfill, I only trenched for the foundation walls and suspended the slab above the ground.

The difference in terms of cost with the conventional slab is enormous and I would recommend this 100%.

6. NAIVASHA COMMERCIAL BUILDING.

Contractor – repeat client.

Personally, I like beam and block, I’ve used them in several projects because it is cheaper.

Anyone in construction right now knows the prices of materials have shot up, and we all want to save in these hard times, especially on labour I save up to 20%.

7. NAIVASHA CONDUITS.

Plumber – Peter Mwangi.

9. CASE STUDY DIANI MANSIONETTE.

The slab is good, durable, pocket friendly, and fast to construct, unlike the conventional way where you must use shutters and propping.

Ecoconcrete slabs are the future of construction they save you a lot.

10. CASE STUDY NAIVASHA SCHOOL BUILDING

Contractor – Mary Ngugi

Most people do not use this slab because they do not know it, and according to me, it is not difficult as steel fixing. It is affordable and fast to install, it has really saved us a lot of time in constructing the school.

11. RESIDENTIAL HOUSE DIANI

Contractor

We’re using this beam and block because it is fast, we do not need to cut down a whole forest for support. If you do it the normal way of putting concrete slabs, you’ll need 300 – 500 trees for support, so we decided to go Eco green use beam and block, put it up, and continue construction the next day.

12. WATER TANK COVER SLAB USING BEAM AND BLOCK

Foreman – John

Beam and block helped to create more parking spaces for the apartment building. We put the water tanks underground and covered them with the precast concrete slab. This slab will help us gain access in the future, in case a tank has a problem.

It took me just a day to install the beams and the blocks with one skilled labour and three unskilled labours. It is very good and fast. Next time when I’m doing an apartment, or a mansion and I want to be there within one month ill use this technology. Only one day I’m done with my floor slab the next day is plaster, you save time and money.
